Editorial Independence

Advertising Policy

Sentriva Publishers maintains a clear separation between advertising activities and editorial decision-making. Commercial advertisements, sponsorships, and promotional materials do not influence manuscript handling, peer review, editorial decisions, or publication outcomes.

Zero Influence

Commercial placements never influence editorial decisions or manuscript validation tracks.

1. Editorial Independence

In accordance with the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines, Sentriva Publishers strictly enforces a complete separation between advertising activities and editorial editorial decision-making.

Acceptance of digital banners or corporate sponsorships has absolutely no bearing on the manuscript screening and peer review, or final acceptance status of manuscripts submitted to any of our open-access journals. Advertisers exercise no control, insight, or oversight over editorial workflows.

2. Acceptable and Prohibited Advertisements

All advertisements undergo deep administrative evaluation prior to publication. Sentriva reserves the right to decline or take down any advertisement at its sole discretion.

Approved Placements

Academic recruitment calls, research laboratory equipment, scientific conferences, book launches, and validated professional software systems.

Prohibited Placements

Unverified alternative therapeutics, tobacco or recreational drug components, misleading scientific claims, or deceptive medical hardware solutions.

3. Advertisement Display Standards

To optimize the reader experience, all advertising integrations must adhere to the following visual requirements:

  • Advertisements must explicitly be identified using highly visible "Advertisement" or "Sponsored Placement" labels.
  • Banners must remain static and fixed within their allocated grid containers; flashing, expanding, intrusive pop-ups or interactive advertisements are completely banned.
  • No placement will be integrated side-by-side or contextually directly next to a specific paper addressing the exact commercial product being marketed.

4. Advertisement Acceptance

Sentriva Publishers reserves the right to reject, remove, or suspend any advertisement that conflicts with our publishing policies, ethical standards, or applicable laws.

5. Third-party Responsibility

Advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, legality, and compliance of their advertisements.

6. Conflict of Interest

Advertising relationships do not create conflicts of interest between advertisers and editors.

7. Complaint Procedure

Concerns regarding advertisements may be reported to the publisher for investigation.

8. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in publishing standards and regulatory requirements.
