Submission Guidelines

Author Guidelines

These guidelines provide essential information on manuscript preparation, formatting requirements, ethical standards, and the submission process. Authors are encouraged to review them carefully before submitting their work.

Before You Submit

Following the journal's formatting guidelines helps reduce editorial revisions and speeds up the review process.

Manuscript Structure Overview

Every incoming submission package should be constructed cleanly inside standard digital file boundaries. Manuscripts must include these distinct logical subdivisions:

  • Title Page: Full title context, complete listing of author names, affiliations, corresponding address nodes, and financial declaration fields.
  • Main Manuscript (Without Author Information): Abstract chunk, structured keywords, introduction framework, active methodologies, analytical table matrices, and discussion outputs.
  • References: All metadata citation anchors must match modern standardized styles cleanly (Vancouver or APA tracking configurations).

Ethical Clearances & Consents

Studies involving human or animal models must explicitly state ethical approval details within the Methods section, referencing institutional board Ethics Committee approval number. Submissions are routinely scanned using automated plagiarism systems; Manuscripts with unacceptable similarity scores may be rejected before peer review.

Article Processing & Production

Upon confirmation of validation by our reviewers, files move immediately to the production team. Galley proofs are distributed to corresponding authors for a 48-hour final quality check before being pushed live with a permanent DOI.
