Sentriva Publishers is committed to ensuring that financial limitations do not prevent the publication of high-quality scholarly research. Eligible authors may receive a full or partial waiver of the Article Processing Charge (APC) based on their country of residence, institutional support, funding availability, or other relevant circumstances.
Requests for APC waivers are evaluated independently of the editorial and peer-review process. Editorial decisions are based solely on the scientific quality, originality, and relevance of the submitted manuscript.
APC waivers are generally considered for corresponding authors from countries classified by internationally recognized programs such as Research4Life/HINARI, as well as authors with limited institutional or research funding.
May be granted to eligible authors from low-income countries or those demonstrating significant financial need.
May be considered for authors with limited funding support or other qualifying circumstances.
Authors requesting financial assistance should submit their waiver request together with the manuscript submission. The request should briefly explain the circumstances supporting the application.
Waiver requests should be submitted before or at the time of manuscript submission. Requests received after editorial acceptance may not be considered. The outcome of a waiver request has no influence on editorial evaluation, peer review, or publication decisions.
