Submission Guidelines

These submission guidelines provide information on accepted file formats, manuscript preparation, ethical requirements, and submission procedures. Authors are encouraged to review these guidelines carefully before submitting their manuscripts.

Submission Checklist

Please ensure that all required files are complete and comply with the journal's submission requirements before uploading.

1. Permitted Upload Formats

To facilitate collaborative academic workflows, Authors should upload all required files in the appropriate formats listed below. Please ensure that each file is complete and clearly labelled before submission.

Main Manuscripts (.PDF)

Editable Manuscript (.DOC/.DOCX)

Figures and Images (.PNG/.JPG/.TIFF)

Supplementary Files (.ZIP/.CSV/.XLSX)

2. Preparing Files for Double-Blind Peer Review

To ensure double-blind assessment integrity, authors must remove all author names, affiliations, acknowledgements, and identifying information from the main manuscript.. Structure your submission package using two distinct files:

  • Title Page File (Isolated): Contains clear structural title context, complete listing of author definitions, email addresses, and conflict declarations.
  • Anonymized Core Text Document: Holds introduction, research flows, methods, reference sets, and tables. No author names or group associations should appear here.

3. Maximum File Size

Each uploaded file must not exceed 20 MB. If your supplementary material is larger, please compress the files into a ZIP archive before submission.
